Trimer is a platform that connects customers with independent beauty and grooming providers and sellers. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Bookings & purchases
Bookings and purchases are agreements between you and the provider or seller. Trimer facilitates discovery, scheduling and payments but is not a party to the underlying service.
Provider applications
Providers must submit accurate information and valid identification for verification. We may approve, decline or revoke provider status at our discretion.
Payments
Payments are processed through our supported payment partners. Fees, refunds and cancellations are subject to each provider's policy and applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
