Provider identity documents, including Ghana Card images, are treated as sensitive. Access is restricted to the uploading user and authorised administrators for verification only.

We share information with providers and sellers as needed to fulfil bookings and orders, and with service partners that help us operate. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
